Wordless Wednesday, 04/27/2011 - Easter cuteness


Fluffer nutter frosting
5 TBSP butter, room temperature
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups marshmallow fluff
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
2 tsp milk
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Blend the butter, peanut butter and marshmallow fluff together. Add vanilla and salt and blend. In turns, add the milk and the powdered sugar. If you want thicker frosting, use less milk or more powdered sugar, and vice versa.

Voila! Absolutely delicious fluffer nutter frosting. These cupcakes were a chocolate Nutella cake with fluffer nutter frosting and toasted coconut. Some had Cadbury eggs and some had Peep chicks. They got rave reviews!
